The size and rated lifting weight of spreader shall meet the requirements of GB3220.

The surface should be flat, no wrinkles, acute Angle, burn and other defects, no cracks after inspection.

The spreader of the container crane must be connected through the lifting holes of the four top corner components on the top of the container, and the lifting force of the four lifting points should always be vertically upward.

The latch and hook of the spreader shall be connected with the container safely and reliably, and there shall be an indication device to effectively lock (lock) or unlock (unlock) the four top corners.

After the container is lifted, ensure that the lock (including the hook) does not turn.

Container cranes should have indicators showing the actual position of the spreader.

11. The rated lifting weight of frame and sling ring eye hook (see Figure 2) shall not be less than 8t, and shall match the top hole of the container, and the dimensions shall conform to the stipulations in Table 5.
